Copyright Infringement Notice

Zupee respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by content hosted on Zupee’s website or mobile app, please follow the procedure outlined below to submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice.

Procedure for Submitting a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA notice, you must provide the following information:

  1. Your Contact Information:
    • Your full legal name, email address, and physical address.
  2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work:
    • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the Infringing Material:
    • A description of the infringing material and its location on our website or app. Please include the specific URL(s) of the content in question.
  4. Statement of Good Faith Belief:
    • A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the material identified in the notice is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of Accuracy:
    • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Signature:
    • Your physical or electronic signature.

Sending the DMCA Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Zupee will take appropriate action to remove or disable access to the infringing material.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that the content identified in a DMCA notice has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include the following:

  1. Your full legal name, address, and phone number.
  2. A description of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the country where Zupee is located.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Subject: DMCA Counter-Notice

Zupee will process counter-notices in accordance with the DMCA and restore the content unless we receive notice from the original complainant that they have filed a court action to prevent the restoration.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Zupee respects the DMCA and takes copyright infringement seriously. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

Please note that Zupee does not warrant that we will act on all DMCA notices. Any action we take is at our discretion, and we cannot guarantee that all content will be removed or that any specific outcome will result from a DMCA notice or counter-notice.
